The Mission of the Cape Ann Emergency Planning Team is to plan and work together within and between the four communities of Essex, Gloucester, Manchester, and Rockport. The membership of the committee will work to plan, to prevent, and respond to the possible emergencies that can affect the four member communities.
In addition to periodic meetings of the entire CAEPT Team, much is accomplished in smaller groups. Workgroups have been established to focus on Care Delivery, Education, Continuity of Operations, Communications, Mental Health, and Sheltering areas.
